Hi Starline, Would just like to say thank you for your service last night. We were very impressed with the two Starline "yellow jackets" who were outside the Richmond enclosure and how they kept very calm and upbeat considering the conditions they had to work under. Everybody could see that it was an impossible situation and that the whole area was gridlocked but as usual with us "Brits" (I am Scottish) some can't help themselves and get irate and moan a lot. Your two "yellow jackets" were a credit to the company and made the best of an impossible situation that was outwith their control. Your driver that took us home to Hayling Island was also very friendly and a credit to your company. Thank you Rory

This email is to pass on my appreciation and thanks for a recent “job” by the Starline team in Chichester. On Friday 18 November my daughter was at a party in Worthing. Sometime after 12am she rang to say the party was getting out of hand and she felt scared and vulnerable. She was anxious to get home as soon as possible, however I was unable to pick her up so I rang Starline. The operator immediately understood my concerns and despatched a Starline driver almost immediately. The driver was on the scene as soon as possible and he was very good at reassuring my daughter and brought her home safely. From Starline’s perspective, this might be “business as usual”. I know I threw all sorts of curve balls at various stages of the weekend and I really appreciated with how efficiently you dealt with them and for that I am hugely grateful.
