Dear Lesley, Malcolm, A short e mail from me to say "thank you" for the prompt and efficient services to/from Goodwood, provided by all at STARLINE yesterday. The allocated drivers arrived exactly on time (both at Ziizzi's in Chichester and at the Richmond enclosure at the course) and the Marshalls were exemplary. The continued excellent customer service you all provide ensures that our attendance at, and return from, the Goodwood meeting remains as a positive experience for all concerned. Mrs Garfield gave a testimonial to Starline saying "in all the many years I have used Starline they have never let me down, the drivers are always smart & courteous & the cars clean. The only time I forgot to give 1hrs notice Debbie came out straight away" You could use this as a testimonial on the company website & also post it on Twitter Facebook etc Clancy

Hi Starline, Would just like to say thank you for your service last night. We were very impressed with the two Starline "yellow jackets" who were outside the Richmond enclosure and how they kept very calm and upbeat considering the conditions they had to work under. Everybody could see that it was an impossible situation and that the whole area was gridlocked but as usual with us "Brits" (I am Scottish) some can't help themselves and get irate and moan a lot. Your two "yellow jackets" were a credit to the company and made the best of an impossible situation that was outwith their control. Your driver that took us home to Hayling Island was also very friendly and a credit to your company. Thank you Rory

This email is to pass on my appreciation and thanks for a recent “job” by the Starline team in Chichester. On Friday 18 November my daughter was at a party in Worthing. Sometime after 12am she rang to say the party was getting out of hand and she felt scared and vulnerable. She was anxious to get home as soon as possible, however I was unable to pick her up so I rang Starline. The operator immediately understood my concerns and despatched a Starline driver almost immediately. The driver was on the scene as soon as possible and he was very good at reassuring my daughter and brought her home safely. From Starline’s perspective, this might be “business as usual”. From my perspective you helped us through a very difficult situation. So thank you and please pass on my appreciation to your team. Kind regards, Andrew

Dear Debbie Further to our conversation yesterday I just wanted to drop you a line to say a huge thank you for your very professional service during the Festival of Speed. I know I threw all sorts of curve balls at various stages of the weekend and I really appreciated with how efficiently you dealt with them and for that I am hugely grateful. I often think that transportation is one of the most important aspects of the event and with only a couple of exceptions I feel everything ran very smoothly. It was great to work with you and your team so please pass on my thanks to them too. It was always so refreshing to get a happy and helpful voice at the other end of the phone so I look forward to working with you again in a couple of weeks for Glorious. Malcplm, Just a brief note to record our appreciation of the excellent service we received on Sunday. The driver and car were excellent and clean.
