grown to become one of the leading Sub-Contract Laser Cutters in the South East.
With over a decade of experience and the most modern lasers we are able to offer
laser cutting services of various materials including Mild Steel, Stainless
Steel and Aluminium. We also fold sheet metal parts.

Using the latest machines we are able to laser cut faster and more accurately
than ever before. This means we can offer short lead times and lower prices.
This is enhanced by our software which helps program parts quickly and nest
parts as economically as possible. Prototypes to productions runs are all
possible.

We are proud to introduce the new 4 x 2m dynamic head waterjet which is the
first in the UK with a high pressure direct drive pump.

Waterjet cutting has some advantages over laser cutting in that it can cut much
thicker materials and virtually any material. There is also no heat affected
zones.

Waterjet cutting can cut a much wider variety of materials, it is more accurate
and provides a better quality of cut.

Our brand new 160 Ton CNC controlled Pressbrake is able to accurately bend
lengths up to 4000mm. It is a highly versatile state-of-the-art machine. By
offering a one-stop shop for both Laser Cutting and Folding services means there
is no need to send parts out for secondary bending or even use up capacity on
your own in house Pressbrake. Parts can be delivered to yourselves cut and
formed to your bespoke design within days.
