Bake
off ovens are are generally used in the baking industry by bakers. Bake off
ovens can also be found in food stores, shops, cafeterias etc. and for baking
food live in public places where fresh baked high quality food is required. Bake
off ovens can be either gas or electric and are available as single phase or
three phase. The ovens are mounted on castors and can very easily be moved to
either re-site or clean. All ovens are racked and can be stacked to give
additional capacity and a different variety of baking options. Bake off ovens
are available in a wide range of capacities and are ideal for french sticks,
rolls, bread, and tray bakes etc. Some bake off ovens have steam injection for
crusty rolls etc, and special canopies are available so that no extraction is
necessary. Bake off ovens can be manual or computer controlled.
