Combo 55/85 – Chamber Shrink Wrapper –
Combo Shrink Wrapper is the first complete shrink-wrapping
machine. It does Sealing and Shrinking in one operation using
centre-folded shrink films with very low energy consumption.
Operator easily inserts the product and moves it along with film to
the sealing position and brings down the hood to initiate the
sealing. This is followed automatically by shrinking process that is
facilitated by the magnet keeping the hood down. Hot air is
circulated inside the transparent chamber in the hood down position
for excellent shrink result all around the package.
LST 50 Super – Semi Automatic Shrink
Wrapper – The LST 50 SUPER is a semi-automatic shrink
wrapping machine consisting of L sealer and Shrink Tunnel in a
single frame. This machine separates sealing and shrinking cycles
for faster operation. The operator first inserts the product in the
centre-folded shrink film; sealing is done with L sealer and is
followed by shrinking in compact shrink tunnel. The height of the
shrink tunnel and sealing area is adjusted together with one up/down
movement for centring of seal line and smooth transfer of product
from sealing area to shrink tunnel. The bottom heated belt inside
the tunnel gives excellent finish all around the pack. The shrink
tunnel can be moved in/out relative to the product position for
centring the product inside the tunnel.

The W700 series delivers great performance and reliability
and is suitable for all industries, including food, drink,
cosmetics, consumer goods
Shrink Film Packaging
As well as supplying shrink wrapping machines, Wraps UK also
supplies the shrink film to run on them. Available from our large
film stock in Wimborne, Wraps UK supplies any quantity of film, from
one roll upwards, for immediate delivery. All the films that we
supply have been tested on Wraps UK machinery and offer exceptional
value for money.
