avoided by detecting smoke at the incipient stage and then taking the
appropriate remedial action.
The design, commissioning, installation and maintenance of these sensitive
systems is a task that should only ever be undertaken by fully equipped and
qualified engineers.

Detector Calibration
Older generation xenon sampling systems like the Vesda P1000 and E70D be
regularly re-calibrated and serviced to maintain system sensitivity and
integrity.
The only company that offers this service in the UK is Advanced Commercial
Installations. Our Stevenage offices have a fully equipped laboratory and offer
a calibration service at a fixed price for units sent to our facilities. We can
usually calibrate your Detectors and have them returned to you within a few days
of receipt.
It is not always possible to remove detectors from site so we can also offer
calibration and service on your premises. This service can be performed outside
of office hours if required.
