Teslatest Systems are able to offer a complete range of solutions to
your Temperature and Climatic test chamber requirements. These can
either be supplied from our extensive range of standard equipment or

Temperature Test Chambers |

We supply the excellent
range of temperature test chambers manufactured by Binder GmbH,
Germany; these chambers are supplied in a range of sizes of 53, 115,
240 &720 litres. They are fitted with a fully programmable
controller with graphical display to enable the programming of a
range of cycles; they are also fitted with an Ethernet port for
connection to a remote PC. This can be used in conjunction with the
APT-COM software for full chamber operation and programming
including the data logging of the test functions and results.
The chambers are supplied with one interior shelves, an 80mm
porthole for connection of external equipment and viewing window in
the door. They can be supplied in temperature ranges of -40ºC to
+180ºC or -70ºC to +180ºC with rates of change of up to 5.0ºC/min
depending on chamber size. |

Humidity

Our ranges of humidity
test chambers are similar to the temperature chambers and have the
added components to generate and control the humidity levels. The
range includes the excellent MKF chamber range from Binder GmbH
which operates with a temperature range of -40ºC to +180ºC and
humidity range of 10% to 98% RH over the range of +10ºC to +95ºC and
the NEW MKFT 240 with a temperature range of -70°C to +180°C and
humidity of 10% to 98%RH.
These are supplied in sizes of 115, 240, & 720 litres, and are
fitted with a Rotronic Capacitive probe for accurate measurement and
control of the Humidity. They are fitted with a de-mineralised water
storage tank which can be manually filled or can be connected to a
mains water de-mineraliser system for automatic filling, they can
also be fitted with a water re-circulating system for minimal water
usage. |

Stability
Chambers / Constant Climate Chambers |

We also supply the a range
of Stability or Constant Climate Chambers from Binder that provides
a reduced operating ranges of -0ºC to +70ºC & 10% to 80%RH (KBF
Series) or -10ºC to +100ºC & 10% to 90% RH (KMF Series), these are
very stable chambers and provide excellent long-term humidity
stability tests. These have the advantage that they operate from a
standard 240V 13amp mains socket and use de-mineralised water via a
de-mineraliser system or can be manually filled by the use of the
external water tanks. They are fitted with a fully programmable
controller with graphical display to enable the programming of a
range of cycles; they are also fitted with an Ethernet port for
connection to a remote PC. This can be used in conjunction with the
APT-COM software for full chamber operation and programming
including the data logging of the test functions and results.
They are supplied in sizes of 115, 240 & 720 litres and are fitted
with 2 off shelves, a 50mm porthole and an internal glass door for
viewing the contents without loss of set conditions. |

Temperature Ovens for Testing, Drying and Curing |

Teslatest Systems through
its negotiated contract with Binder GmbH is able to supply a
complete range of Temperature Ovens for component testing, drying
and curing. These range in sizes from 23, 53, 115, 240, 400, & 720
litres with temperatures of 5ºC above ambient to +300ºC, and are
supplied with a range of controller options from single set point
control through to fully programmable control for cyclic setting of
conditions. All the Ovens are fitted with 2 internal shelves and
have controlled fresh air vents for the exhaust of excess fumes and
heat.
All the ovens are fitted with an over temperature safety cut-off
switch to Class 2 (DIN 12880), Plus many have the optional RS422
communications interface for use with the APT-COM software for
connection to a PC for Oven control and data logging of the ovens
performance. |

We can also supply a
Vacuum drying oven complete with vacuum pump for vacuum drying of
components and compounds; these can be supplied in sizes of 23, 53 &
115 litres.
All our Chambers are supplied and delivered ready for connection and
use, giving you the benefit of rapid installation; many just require
connection to the power supply before being ready for use.
Teslatest will also supply your entire
instrument requirements needed to compliment your test chambers and
vibration system, including data logging systems, thermometers,
hygrometers, and thermocouples. Plus all the relevant sensors and
connections.
Teslatest through it's team of selected suppliers plus it's own team
can also offer a complete maintenance and support service to
maintain all your equipment in its optimum operational condition.
These services include the repair and maintenance of your test
systems plus the calibration of the systems performance to UKAS
standards. We can also provide a complete equipment Refurbishment
service on all your existing equipment to bring it upto date with
new plant components including new control systems. The
refurbishment service can be carried on your site or the equipment
can be shipped to our factory for a full refurbishment service.
