Teddington Engineered Solutions are EJMA Committee Members
The Expansion Joint Manufacturers Association, Inc. is an
organization of established manufacturers of metal bellows type
expansion joints. EJMA was founded in 1955 to establish and maintain
quality design and manufacturing standards. EJMA Members are
experienced and knowledgeable manufacturers that have demonstrated
many years of reliable service to industry. As reputable
manufacturers, EJMA carries out extensive technical research and
testing on many important aspects of expansion joint design and
manufacturing.
Any Environment
Customised designs to operate under severe conditions of temperature
and pressure, from -190C to +1200C, and from full vacuum to more
than + 200 bar pressure. We specialise in thin wall bellows and
manufacture with membranes of single or multi-ply construction.
Any Size
Bellows are made in standard incremental sizes from 10mm to 6000mm,
although with our unique convolution forming processes there is
almost no limitation to the size of bellows we can manufacture.
Any Medium
Our engineers have a wide experience of applications and will help
you select the appropriate material based on pressure containment,
cyclic life, temperature and corrosion resistance needs. We
routinely manufacture products from a variety of stainless steel
grades, nickel alloys, titanium and aluminium.
Metallic Products
A full range of metallic bellows and expansion joints, as well as
other associated pipework accessories, such as flexible hoses and
rectangular expansion joints.
Non-Metallic Products
A full range of EPDM and Neoprene rubber bellows, fabric bellows,
and PTFE bellows.
NDT Services
A range of NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) services including dye
penetrant, X-ray and ultrasonics at our purpose built factory or
on-site.
Fabrication Services
Fabrication of any structure or vessel utilising a full range of
materials, welding techniques and methods.
Design Services
Engineering advice including the design of pipework systems, stress
analysis, expansion joints material selection etc.

CNC at the Teddington Components division offers precision, high
