“Circle Pumps” is a worldwide supplier of submersible sand pumps and submersible dredging pumps. Having many years of experience in the offshore marine and seabed sand dredging operation, we design, manufacture and implement submersible sand pumps and submersible dredging pumps to a wide variety of applications, from beach replenishment works, river / canal dredging and de-silting projects, sand winning for supply to construction works, dredging and slurry pumping for minerals extraction, heavy slurries pumping and booster pumping, drilling mud, fly ash transfer and disposal and general pumping duties when high solids concentration required.

We also offer rebuilt and fully remanufactured other makes of submersible sand pumps and submersible dredging pumps such as Tsurumi GPT and Toyo DP electric and hydraulic drive models from 15HP up 400HP and discharge size up to 16”.

The submersible centrifugal pumps with closed impeller, feature a unique agitator design. This agitator lifts sediments into suspension, creating a slurry mixture. This enables the continuous pumping of media with a high concentration of solids.

Robust construction, careful selection of materials and unique materials properties of components, coupled with a low speed and high torque drive motor, have produced a pump with excellent abrasion wear resistance as well as sufficient weight. These characteristics ensure long service life in operation and an excellent investment for any serious project.

The impeller, the wear plates and the agitator are manufactured in cast chrome iron (24 to 28 % Cr). A strong short shaft, supported by a series of carefully selected bearings and a system of seals on double level of protection functioning in oil bath, ensure tightness in the hardest of conditions. Most models available with mechanical seal option for increased water depth operation.

Servicing and maintaining the pumps to keep them in good working order is easy. On the DP pumps there are two wear plates, one of which is adjustable allowing simple movement to maintain critical Impeller clearances to ensure long lasting high performance. The electric standard class F motor is cooled by the liquid in which the pump is submerged.

Our other products include small submersible contractor pumps ranging from 2HP up to 40HP suitable for dewatering within mining operations or small scale desilting works, or when liquids require pumping which contain heavy or large particles and debris.

For our hydraulic drive submersible pumps we offer full set including diesel engine or electric motor driven hydraulic power packs with capacity up to 1000 ltr/min flow rates and drive power of 500HP to the submersible sand pump.

Additional equipment such as Jetting rings, heavy duty dredging hose and floating pipelines can be supplied to make up a complete dredge outfit.

Circle Pumps can provide commissioning engineer to assist with set-up and test running our products as required. We will also assist with project evaluation and advise on equipment requirements and pumping capabilities.
