DESIGN, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT
3D CAD-trained engineers can help you develop a product from concept through to
production release. This will enable you to visualise a design, evaluate and
review prior to prototype build, reducing the time to final release.
RAPID PROTOTYPING

prototype option that suits your development needs. Fast track prototyping is

As
well as developing our own capabilities we have established an approved supply
base that allows us to provide fully finished components to our customer’s
specification. Specialist services such as heat treatments, plating,
galvanising, and non-destructive testing can all be provided, as well as full
traceability on raw materials.
Your initial enquires are processed to give you an accurate quotation by an
expert engineer, this will be followed up to confirm your satisfaction.
If you have concept designs or existing components undergoing
Engineering Change Requests they can be altered for you using working
practice “Design for manufacture” with an aim to reduce cost.
Documentation in most industry standard file formats is transferred into a
CAM system to process the job on CNC work centres. Alternatively
brief designs can be developed into CAD generated documents ready for
manufacture after your approval.
Small to medium batch work, high volume components, prototype
development jobs and complete product assemblies are designed to meet
your individual needs.
After evaluation there may be an assembly that can be fully completed by us
which means savings on your labour and time.
F.I.E.R. (Fist Item Evaluation Review)
A Unique system of evaluating and reviewing first item manufacture: Upon your
purchase order to produce an item for the very first time, the job after
completion is assessed on three criteria, including quality (fit/form/function)
customer satisfaction, process time and any special requirements you need.
In House Design:
By trained CAD/CAM design Engineers. All levels of requests are accepted
from a simple sketch to multi part assemblies. This means that if your design is
incomplete or undergoing engineering changes there are options you can evaluate
prior to production.
