One Hit Machining

Our state of the art workshop houses a comprehensive range of Cnc turning machines. The Sliding head section comprising of the latest Citizen multi axis, twin spindle and magazine barfed, with in process live tooling and sub spindle to eliminate secondary operations resulting in “one hit machined” components. The versatility of these machines allow us to turn components from 1mm diameter up too 32mm diameter. We also have a fixed head section for larger diameter parts allowing us to turn barfed parts up to 42mm and billet parts up to 120mm. All of which are operating round the clock.

The following Inspection documentation is available on request; this will ensure your quality standards are met:

1.) PPAPs(Pre-Production Approval Process), ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Reports), Material Certificates, Certificate of Conformity and Certificate of Compliance.

2.) Our staff carry out First Off, In Process and Last off Inspection throughout a batch.

3.) Visual Inspection is also carried out prior to dispatch. These processes will ensure a quality product to your exact specification.

Through project management and close relationships with approved suppliers Sub-Cnc Precision believe in offering customers a complete one stop engineering service, and are able to offer 5 Axis Milling, Wire eroding, Sheet Metal fabrication, Finishing, Anodizing, Alochrom, Iridite NCP, Passivating and Bead blasting. In addition, we use our skills and experience in precision engineering to advice customers on the design of their components; where opportunities exist to achieve greater cost efficiencies through design improvements, we will discuss these with customers to ensure they achieve maximum efficiencies.
