We specialise in the
manufacture of rock breaker boom systems, Stationary Booms, Pedestal
Booms, Rock Crusher Booms designed to solve blockage
problems in all types and brands of pedestal crushers and mobile
crushers. We also manufacture a range of excavator attachments and
crane attachments for construction, demolition, scrap and waste
handling applications. |

Our products are sold worldwide through our network of highly
skilled sale distributors and engineers who provide excellent local
ground sales and service maintenance support to you.
Pedestal Boom Systems
Our
pedestal booms cater for all quarry and mining operations, covering
a wide horizontal reach range of 3.8m to 12m (12’6” to 39’4”) and
are installed worldwide in the most extreme working environments of
-45°C to +45°C.
The booms are positioned at the stationary crusher or grizzly for
the purpose of safely and efficiently breaking oversize material
that becomes blocked. They can also be used to rake bridged
material.
We offer both 180° and 360° slew options and for applications where
overhead space is limited we offer a special 3 jib boom which allows
the operator to fold and manoeuvre the boom in the confined space
whilst still having the necessary reach required.
Customers are offered a complete boom system package specific to
their requirements. The package can include the rock breaker boom,
hydraulic power pack, operating controls, hydraulic breaker,
supporting steelwork and full installation, commissioning and
operator training support.
Mobile Boom Systems
Our
range of mobile boom systems can be mounted on any brand of mobile
crusher, catering for a horizontal reach range of 1.9m to 5.4m (6’3”
to 10’8”) in both 180° and 360° slew options.
We specialise in designing mobile boom systems that fit inside the
mobile crushers transport dimensions and have collaborated with the
leading mobile crusher OEM companies including Terex Pegson, Terex
Finlay, Wirtgen Group (Kleeman), Metso Asia, Extec, Gipo, Hartl etc
successfully supplying mobile booms for their range of mobile
crushers.
The mobile boom is generally powered directly form the mobile
crushers own hydraulic system, therefore eliminating the need for a
separate hydraulic system. For electrical powered mobile crushers we
offer a range of power pack units.
Orange Peel Scrap Grabs

Our range of orange peel grabs can be mounted on excavators and
lorry mounted cranes for the purpose of handling scrap metal, car
bodies, swarf, green waste, tyres and aggregate.
Their compact design allows the operator to work in confirmed spaces
including fitting inside standard skips
The versatile grabs are available in 4, 5 or 6 tines with different
tine shapes; half closing and full closing tines. By design the
grabs independent tines are operated by double acting cylinders
housed within the body for maximum protection. Both 360° continuous
free rotation and hydraulically powered rotation options are
available.
Selector Grabs
Our
range of versatile and durable sorting grabs can handle, sort and
segment a variety of materials in demolition and recycling
applications including C&D waste, green waste, scrap, plastic and
timber.
The grabs have 360° hydraulic vertical and horizontal rotation
allowing the operator unlimited by-directional movement for precise
control.
A top bracket is provided which allows you to attach the grab to the
carriers bucket arrangement (direct mount or quick hitch) in a
matter of minutes!
To operate the grab to its full capacity it requires the carrier to
have two full double acting (reversible hydraulic oil circuits. One
to power the jaws (open and close) and the second to power the
rotation (left and right). If your carrier has only one double
acting circuit we offer the solution of a 6 port valve which allows
the operator to have both functions at the press of a button.
Mechanical Grapples

Our range of mechanical grapples are designed for easy mount use on
excavators for the purpose of material handling and bulk loading a
variety of materials including demolition, scrap, timer, trees, rock
armour and green waste.
The grapple comes complete with a stay arm and weld on bracket which
links the grapple to the dipper of the excavator. A top bracket is
also provided to allow you to attach the grapple to your excavator
bucket arrangement quickly.
Both jaws motion (open & close) on our grapple which is a great
advantage when loading high sided vehicles as the lower jaw falls
away allowing the material to fall freely.
Block Grabs
We offer a range of fully certified mechanical block grabs and
hydraulic block grabs that are designed to handle bricks, blocks and
kerbs for use on forklifts, telehanders, cranes, excavators, lorry
mounted cranes and lorry mounted forklifts.
Our mechanical block grab has a semi automatic gear system that
alternates to engage and release leads with limited manual handling.
And as standard the grab has a lifting eye which can be attached to
the carrier by either a lifting chain for fork attachments.
Our hydraulic block grabs can be supplied with either free
continuous rotation or 360° hydraulic powered rotation and as
standard are manufactured with a universal knuckle joint allowing
free movement for the grab to swing in all directions without
impacting the carrier.
All block grabs are available with different mounting options to
suit your application.
