Stainless Fittings is based in the heart of the Black Country and has been established for almost 60 years. We are the UK’s largest manufacturer and distributor of high purity 316L stainless steel ASME BPE tube and fittings for the Pharmaceutical industry.

BIOBORE is our own brand of ASME BPE fittings and we carry a large stock of bends, tees, crosses, and reducers in butt weld and clamp end combinations aimed to meet your urgent requirements. All products are available in both mechanically polished and Electropolished finishes, however other finishes are available upon request.

All of our products meet the very stringent requirements of the ASME BPE specification and carry full material certification to allow complete traceability at all times.

SFL has many years of manufacturing experience and are able to produce complex specialist fabrications to customer specification; these bespoke fabrications are also available with full QA dossiers and weld logs upon request.

We stock many other types of fitting such as IDF, ILC, RJT and Clamp unions, adaptors, high pressure clamps, ferrules and a large selection of gaskets and seal in most materials.



ASME BPE Tube and Fittings
Our vast range of ASME BPE Fittings – Tees, Bend, Ferrules, Concentric and Eccentric Reducers all available in sizes 0.5” to 6” OD – all available off the shelf ready for urgent despatch, however, if you require something a little less ‘standard’ then we have the facility to manufacture your fittings upon request

We also hold large stocks or High Purity ASME BPE Tubing in sizes from 0.5” to 6” in SF1 or SF4 Finishes (see below for further details) – please ask if you need smaller sizes – these are available upon request.

Metal Polishing Finishes
We supply tube and fittings to various finishes, however, most common are SF1 (0.51um max ID, 0.8um max OD) and Electropolished SF4 (0.38um max ID after EP, 0.8um max OD). Other finishes are available upon request – just ask.

Specialist Bespoke Fabrications
This capability makes SFL unique to this industry. We are ready and able to fabricate to customer drawings – meaning you get just what you want and nothing less. Our welders are coded to ASME IX and EN15614 ensuring that you get the very best quality first time – every time. Our bespoke certification package is dedicated to ensuring Full Material Traceability at all times. All fabrications can be supplied with full Welder Qualifications, Weld Maps and QA Dossiers upon request.
