We specialise in conference and name badge transportation products. We manufacture and supply badge trays to carry and display conference and delegate badges, badge carrying cases, name badges, paper inserts, lanyards, ribbons and sashes and other related items for the conferences, meetings and events industries. We also have a wide range of promotional merchandise to make your event special.

As a small company, we do our very best to provide excellent customer service at all times – we appreciate that our customers often have very exacting deadlines and we will pull out the stops to make sure that their events are as stress-free as possible.

Service / Product Range Section
In 2009 we have introduced a number of new items to our conferences and meetings product range.

• Wheeled attaché case, which will transport 180 name badges to your meetings and events.
• Stylish silver case which carries three of our silver metal badge trays, and is
• Available in two sizes – the smaller case transports badges up to 60mm high, while the larger case will carry badges up to 110mm high.

The lid of the case lifts off completely making it easy to remove the trays and conference badges.

• An eco-friendly jute tote bag
• Transports 150 ID badges
• Carries our cardboard badge trays or our metal badge trays.

The trays fit snugly into the base of the bag and stack on top of each other – a very simple and low cost way to transport your delegate badges to meetings and events.

• Hold a wide range of badge types and sizes.
• Hold 60 badges
• Can transport delegate packs and other items.

If your preferred badge will not fit our standard trays, we can make small quantities to your specification.

• Supplied flat - folding together to provide a low cost option
• Capacity of 50 badges
• Ideal for volume events, charity events where budgets may be limited, or for overseas events, as they are extremely lightweight.
• Hold almost any badge type, as they mould around the chosen badge
• Can be transported to events in the Badge Bag, or we can supply a simple cardboard box to send them to conferences by courier.

As well as all our transportation products, we also manufacture a wide range of conference and delegate name badges and paper inserts (available in white and 12 vibrant colours).

We can provide badges up to A5/A6 size, suitable for use with lanyards or yoyos or strap clips.

• Available in 4 sizes, all on A4 sheets, 10 per page, 8 per page, 4 per page or 2 per page
• Standard paper is 120 grm
• Standard colours are white, primrose, daffodil, pale blue, aqua blue, mint green, lime green, tangerine, apricot, poppy red, lavender, stormy grey.

Inserts can also be manufactured in custom sizes and colours.

We can also overprint company logos onto the paper inserts, and can provide a complete badge production service if required.

We also supply conference bags and folders, memory sticks, diaries, notepads, coasters, corporate clothing, conference sashes and ribbons – if you need any personalised items for your meetings and events please ask for a quotation. We have a fast turn around time even on these special orders.
