Second Hand Trolleys by Formbar Limited

We hold a large selection of small, mid sized and large supermarket trolleys in stock. Formbar is a UK distributor for Marsanz so we hold new and second hand Marsanz trolleys direct from the factory in our warehouse from 25 litre to 240 litre. Second hand and refurbished standard trolleys are also available, the stock, style and make of these do vary so please contact us with your requirements. Standard trolleys have a variety of options: handle colour, custom branded handles, trolley locks (fitted FOC), baby seats, twin seats, newborn seats or wire cradles for newborn car seats.

Formbar's most popular trolley by far is the 80 litre light shopping trolley. The daily shopper is a design that is popular with retailers customers as they do not have to bend to retrieve heavy items at the checkout. We have new and refurbished models in stock. There are handle colour options, a customisation opportunity on the handle and we can fit trolley locks FOC if required. We always have these trolleys in stock so we can usually deliver in just 3 days, customisation can take between 2 and 6 weeks.

We always have two specialist trolleys in stock the Children's Trolley and the Disabled Trolley but we can have made to order the whole Marsanz range of speciality trolleys or we can source on the second hand market exactly what you require giving the benefit of choice on our quotes. Our Children's trolley is a mini replica wire trolley with a 25 Litre capacity. It is very popular with children and amuses them in store when their parents are shopping. Our Disabled trolley is for use with a wheel chair and has a 62L capacity basket, if required we can also supply wheelchairs. Specialist trolleys can improve customer retention as if they know they will be able to use the right trolley for them or keep their children happy then they are much more likely to return to the retailer.

Our new Oceanis range of recycled plastic shopping baskets are manufactured by Araven and are made from 100% recycled materials, had they not been made into these excellent baskets the plastic would have ended up in the ocean!

The Ellipse is our exclusive 25 Litre Oval Wire Hand Basket, developed in response to customer requests for an ergonomic basket that would set them apart from the large grocery retailers. We hold the patent on this design and it is a product we are very proud of. We have 5 standard coloured handles on our oval basket but for relatively small minimums we are able to brand match the colour.

Also in stock we have the standard rectangular wire baskets in both a 19 and 23 litre size. In these baskets you have the choice of red, blue or green handles or again we can customise these if a low minimum order quantity is met.

Finally one of our absolute best sellers in the 24 litre plastic shopping baskets that we stock in red, blue, green and black. For a minimum order of 100 units we can have a one-colour die-stamp brand applied to these. Our plastic hand basket has one durable handle for ease of use and it is a very good quality basket with a long retail life. We have stackers for all our baskets of varying sizes. Static plinths, large capacity mobile basket collectors and low mobile frames are all available.

Formbar only stock and sell the original and best patented Shop and Roll Trolley Basket system. This trolley basket has much greater durability and customer satisfaction than others on the market. Available we have two sizes of this wheeled basket with a telescopic handle the 34 and 52 litre sizes. Logo branding can be applied to these baskets with options for as low as just 100 units. Popular with shoppers the trolley basket can increase customer spend due to the extra capacity and ease of use when compared to a hand basket.

Folding or nesting flatbeds have so many uses. We hold two sizes in stock one with a 27 Litre top basket and the other a 55 litre capacity basket. The lower flatbeds both hold up to 250kgs. Known as Garden Centre, Techno Garden, DIY, Stock and Merchandise trolleys they are very popular with our customers. Again we have both new and refurbished available and there are colour options, customisable handles and we can fit locks FOC prior to despatch if required.

If you need an outdoor trolley shelter or indoor rails for gathering your trolley fleet our engineers are able to install a variety of solutions on site. Good quality trolley storage can improve retention as the fleet is secure.
