Based in Sandbach, Cheshire we are ideally based to cover the whole of the UK and Ireland for any ingredient handling systems that are required.

Genesis Process Solutions are agents for Walter Krause GmbH, suppliers of internal fabric silos and storage bins. Using a high strength woven polyester within a steel frame, the silos are suitable for most ingredients and can hold product up to a maximum of 50 tonnes.

With over 200 different fabrics available the silos can be utilised for most products. Fabrics can either be breathable or coated so we can supply silos for products ranging from plastic granules to hygroscopic products like sugar.

All silos are delivered as flat packs for easy installation. Silos can be filled via road tanker, vacuum receiver, blowing systems and mechanical conveyors.

Options available include load cells, level probes, air pads, bin dischargers, vacuum take off boxes, rotary valves, blowing seals and screw conveyors.

Mechanical installation of silos is also available.

In order to provide full systems, Genesis Process Solutions supply ingredient handling systems for the food, plastic, chemical, recycling, pharmaceutical and biomass industries.
