Record Electrical established I 1911 quickly became a well known brand name throughout the world as a manufacturer of high quality Moving Coil and Moving Iron Indicators to Power Stations, Process plants, Petro-Chemical plants, Railways, Marine both commercial and Military.

Townson+Mercer established in 1809 and became a well known name for manufacturing and supplying products to research laboratories, petro-chemical plants, process plants.

Whitelegg’s was established in 1940 as a local sheet metal fabricator and joined the group to support the manufacture of various components.
