After design approval of your

 CNC Laser Cutting
Sheet sizes of up to 2500mm x 1250mm can be processed for
Sheet Metal Fabrication; this includes one single
sheet auto-reposition. Laser cutting provides a fast, accurate and precisely
repeatable method of creating components of all shapes and sizes using flat
sheet or tubular materials.
CNC Punch Press
Sheets sizes of up to 2500mm x 1250mm can be processed for
Sheet Metal Fabrication; this includes one single
sheet auto-reposition. Punching accuracy can be maintained to within 0.25 mm
of true position. Components are nested in the sheet to achieve the most
economical sheet usage.
CNC Brake Press
2-Axis CNC Brake Presses with forming capacities up to 120 tons and 2500mm
folding length.
Shearing
Our Shearing Department offers precision cutting of materials from .9mm and up
to 5mm thick. Materials are inspected upon delivery and inventoried in their
proper location.
Belt Grinding
A wide belt-grinding machine which grinds the surfaces of work pieces with
rotating endless wide abrasive belts. This process removes burrs and produces a
high quality grained finish.
Welding
Welding can be performed on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
Weld types include Mig, Tig, Spot and Stud Welding.
