Vertical
Balers - are freestanding
with the press ram mounted vertically. The baler can be fed by hand,
with each finished bale being ejected from the chamber once it is
made. Bales of up to 500-600kg (mill-size) can be produced. Vertical
balers have a relatively small footprint so are easy to accommodate.

Bramidan’s Basic Series
Vertical Balers offer cost effective solutions without
compromising on quality. They are designed for the less intensive
user; however press forces are nevertheless highly effective for
producing dense bales. The range includes small balers for sale, to
purchase or rent with bales of 30-60kg, as well as medium and large
balers producing bales of up to 550kg.
Bramidan’s X-Series Vertical Balers are suitable for almost
any demand for waste handling. They are heavy duty machines, with a
low overall height. They are equipped with cross cylinders for very
stable compression. Small balers for sale in the range
produce bales of 70-110kg, while the large balers produce bales of
up to 600kg.
Bramidan’s Multi Chamber Balers are very effective in
handling multiple waste streams: cardboard and plastic for example.
This means that waste can be segregated but still baled at the same
time. Additional chambers can be added if required. Two models are
available in this range: a small multi chamber baler with 4 tonnes
press force, as well as the larger 16 tonne press force model which
is capable of handling larger quantities of waste. These balers are

Horizontal Balers
- are the solution where waste throughput is higher and a continuous
or semi-continuous production of bales is required. These machines
have the rams mounted horizontally and are often fed by conveyor.
The whole process can be fully automatic if desired.
