Pallet Handling Conveyor &

 We
offer a wide range of belt, roller and chain Pallet Handling Conveyor for
transporting everything from lightweight goods, such as plastic and
cardboard boxes, through to heavy duty materials, such as pallets
and stacks. These materials handling solutions can be designed and
custom-made to your specific requirements or integrated into your
existing systems. Our Pallet Conveyor and conveyor systems are used
in a wide variety of different sectors, from furniture manufacturing
to libraries and printing houses. They can be provided along with
any additional equipment that you might require to fulfil a specific
task or function, from robot palletising to stretch wrapping and
strapping.
 For
example, our extensive range of heavy duty Q89 roller and chain
conveyor equipment, which is ideal for general warehousing, includes
fully automatic stacker cranes, Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV)
systems and pallet elevators, all of which can be incorporated into
existing system or supplied as part of a bespoke design.
We’ve worked with a range of warehouse and logistics operators to
provide conveyor systems in a wide variety of settings, from cold
storage facilities to manufacturing plants. Our loaders have a
lifting capacity of 2,000 kilograms and speeds of more than 80
metres per minute.

in cold storage environments is a particular specialism of ours.
However harsh the environment, we can modify our standard power
roller conveyor to operate in conditions down to -30° C. Our cold
storage conveyor equipment has been proven to work in a variety of
industrial settings over many years. |

Pallet
wrapping and strapping |

Our expertise in
delivering wrapping and strapping solutions recently helped one
client to reduce their costs by £20,000 per year. This was in
addition to the wider efficiency savings delivered by the automated
handling system that we provided them with.
We offer integrated or stand-alone pallet wrapping and strapping
solutions, which can be built around various different machine
design formats. If required, they can be integrated into existing
materials handling systems. They can also be used in either vertical
or horizontal modes, and deal with plastic or steel strapping. |
