NSD Limited was incorporated in June 1985 and commenced trading from a small warehouse in Leeds in November of that year. Initially only supplying Steel Stockholders the Company acted as a Steel Hypermarket purchasing steel in bulk quantities from International Steel Rolling Mills and selling in smaller bundle units.
