Mezzanine Floors are individually designed; they can be made to any size or
shape and be free standing, against a wall, or even on several levels. They can

support a decking material to suit your requirements along with individually
designed and manufactured staircases, handrails and loading gates, which can be
moved to other parts of the floor should your access requirements change. The
floors themselves can also be extended, altered or even dismantled and moved to
new positions or premises, giving you the flexibility to adapt, all at a cost
that will surprise you.

Partitions & Storage Co supply quality Mezzanine Floors designed for each
individual customer requirement at manufacturer prices, saving you the customer
the expense of moving premises or the costly affair of building extensions.

Our representatives are experienced and knowledgeable, fully supported by a
qualified technical backup team consisting of designers, surveyors, draughtsmen
and CAD operators, who will produce a practical custom design to suit your
specific requirements.
Mezzanine Flooring enables you to increase the usable space of your unit /
warehouse without having the hassle and costs of moving to new premises. The
installation of your Mezzanine Flooring system will be carried out by our fully
trained and experienced site engineers with minimum disruption to you and your
business.
If
your mezzanine floor requirements are for storage purposes only and does not
exceed 400 square metres or exceed 50 percent of the room it is to be situated
in, fire rating will not be required. However if fire rating is required to the
underside of your proposed mezzanine floor we are able to offer this service at
very competitive rates. This is achieved by using a fire rated suspended ceiling
system with preformed fascia and column cases finished in either Galvanised or
White PVC to a one hour fire rating. Please note that if the intended use of the
mezzanine floor is for any other purposes other than storage or maintenance the
floor will automatically require fire rating to the underside.
All
Mezzanine Floors are subject to Building Regulation approval. We here at The
Redditch Partitions & Storage Co design all our Mezzanine Floors to meet British
Standards and the current Building Regulations. Using our Approved Inspector
Scheme we can gain Building Regulation Approval fast and efficiently on your
behalf.

& Equipment Distributors Association.
The Redditch Partitions & Storage Co are accredited by Safecontractor, the
contractor accreditation scheme for business.
