Wire Mesh Fabrications have been manufacturing wire mesh and wire products for many years and are quality registered. We can manufacture bespoke welded wire mesh to meet any requirement.

We can manually manufacture panels up to 12 feet x 5 feet or 8 feet x 6 feet. For larger quantities we can use our automatic machines. With our wide range of experience and equipment we can manufacture to any specification including diamond patterns or raked panels for staircases and architectural applications. In addition to carbon and stainless steel we can also manufacture in SS 310, SS 321, Duplex, Incaloy, Hastelloy, Titanium, inconel & monel. In mild steel products we can finish with hot-dipped galvanizing, powder coating, plastic/nylon coating and chrome plating. Stainless steel can be acid pickled to give a dull but clean finish or electro-polished to give a bright and shiny finish. As suppliers to the chemical, pharmaceutical, pollution control and food industries we are able to meet the highest regulatory requirements and supply full material test certification.

Our standard sheets of welded wire mesh in both type 304 and type 316 are manufactured and stocked at our Wigan factory. Stainless steel welded wire mesh can be supplied to order in framed panels to provide infill panels for balustrade applications. They can also be made in perforated or expanded metal. Our finished products include bakery baskets, cooling trays, medical immersion trays, ultrasonic baskets, degreasing baskets, mesh lockers, kilm trolleys and basket trolleys.

Other products in our range include wedge wire grating which can be manufactured in widths up to 500mm by 1200mm long. Applications for these range over swimming pool and gym shower areas, shopping centre drainage grates or run-down screens for the food industry. Loop-Wedge screens are another specialized product used in mush-tun floors, malt kiln flooring, run down screens, liquid/solid separation and waste water treatment.
