FST can produce prototypes in approximately 48 hours dependant on the design, without the need of expensive tooling. Graphics can be printed under surface or surface printed with either Matt, Vinyl or UV Inks. Flexible Membrane Keypads

Flexible Membrane Keypads are like a computer keyboard in function except the keys are not separate moving parts. Instead pressure pads are used, they have keys, symbols, numbers printed on the surface. Membrane Keypads can be made from a number of materials like Polyester and Polycarb.

Membrane Keypads are often used on tills and handheld devices that require keypads, they can be custom made to your specific requirements. Colour, symbols, numbers, letter... anything you need we can print onto your keypad.

Flexible Membrane Keyboards

Flexible Membrane Keyboards are used in the retail industry everyday on EPOS systems, they can be full sized or scaled down keyboards that work by touch. We can ever produce anti vandal Membrane Keyboards, these are made out of stainless steel and are extremely tough.

We can create anything from a simple overlay to a multi layer PCB, with PCB population done in house.

Industrial Membrane Switch Panels

Industrial Membrane Switch Panels electronic switches that turn a circuit on or off, however it differs from a typical switch by being a printed circuit on PET or ITO, this makes the switches flexible.

These are used on a wide range of products like a microwave oven panel, TV remote controls, air conditioner control panels etc.
