Maintel has a truly

qualified engineers who operate throughout the UK and
are directed from our Technical
Service Centre in London.
We have highly qualified Enterprise level engineers
trained on the key manufacturers we support. In the SME
sector, 50% of our engineers are multi-product skilled,
giving us increased flexibility in the services we
provide to our customers as the same person can provide
service for multiple vendor equipment.
Maintel provides
security cleared engineers to a number of our clients,
allowing us to operate effectively within sectors such
as the Ministry of Defence, Education, and Government.
Maintel is a premier
partner with most leading telephony manufacturers in the
UK and as such able to offer a high quality support for
all their products. This accounts for more than 75% of
the PBX vendors in the UK market. We design, build and
demonstrate solutions either in a working environment or
at the manufacturer’s demonstration suites, whichever
suits the customer.
Maintel is one of
only a few companies in the UK holding 3rd line support
contracts with Siemens, Avaya and Mitel enabling us to
access technical support and escalate issues directly to
the manufacturer as required.
Additional to our in house capabilities we also have
longstanding relationships with trusted partners
enabling us to offer a managed service for additional
products (such as call logger, voice recorder, IVR etc),
ensuring our customers only have one point of contact
