FP-IMS was set up in
 1988
to supply and service franking machines and mail room equipment.
Our mail room equipment can be supplied to companies all throughout the UK.
As a family run company the franking machines we supply conform to the Royal
mail regulations, and indeed we are an approved supplier and maintainer of
franking machines.
We offer no automated phone systems, as we have a dedicated sales, service and
admin team on hand at all times to deal with any query to do with the franking
machines, postal scales, letter openers or folders and inserters we supply.
 As
a postal franking machine supplier we are able to offer the majority of products
required in the mail room, and our after sales service is second to none.
Many of our customers have been with us for many years, as have our admin and
service staff. This proves that we not only look after our customer, but our
staff as well, as without them we would not be able to offer the levels of
service our customers expect. Our reputation has been built up on the back of
our proud customer service that we offer all customers.
