Pebl Graphics or Panel Print as it was known then was formed in the late 1970’s for the production of overlays, stickers and screen printing customer supplied panels and components etc. We offer everything from Large Format Digital Printing to Pop Up Exhibition Stands.

Since a management buy out in 2001 and a subsequent factory move in 2007 we have expanded to become a leading supplier of large format digital printing and screen printed POS display, as well as providing the various services the business has been built on.

What we do

We design, print and supply Point of Sale (POS), labelling and Display products.

Pop Up Exhibition Stands

One of the most popular products we sell are pop up exhibition stands, these are very eye catching, free standing display stands they are excellent for use in exhibitions. They can be completely bespoke in size and graphics, please contact us for more information.

Large Format Digital Printing

We use the very latest technology water based and eco solvent based digital printers, these give us the capabilities to offer full colour large format digital printing on a range of flexible media that can be up to 1mm in thickness.

Point of Sale and Promotional

We have the facility to print high quality graphics onto a variety of rigid and flexible medias, including self adhesive vinyl, semi rigid and foamex Pvc, dibond, acrylic, polycarbonate, xboard, correx, canvas, corrugated and display board.

Our CNC machinery can cut, crease, router, score and plot on all the afore mentioned materials and many more without the need for expensive tooling. This gives us the ability to produce a wide range of products to include floor standing display units, dump bins, site boards, signs, hanging boards, show cards, shelf edge strips, wobblers, posters, banners, pull ups, window and floor graphics.

The diverse nature of our digital machinery combined with our more traditional processes allows us to produce a one off prototype or a complete promotion, with many of the Pop Up Exhibition Stands, Point of Sale and Display products we have produced being placed in retail outlets both large and small.

Backboards and Header boards

We design and produce headers and backboards for static and rotational wire stands, supplying clients, both large and small, with products ranging from cards to jewellery, novelties and gifts.

We have spent many years producing POS for this market place and over that period we have gained a wide and varying knowledge of how these displays are manufactured and assembled. We can produce single sided or double sided header boards, backing boards and combi boards, with or without restocking codes and names. We can print single, multiple or full colour on display board or use Large Format Digital Printing, corrugated board or foamex and these can be finished square, with radius corners or profile cut to your design. The backboards can be supplied with or without slots for stands that require the board to hook over the wire.

Labels and Decals

We produce a large range of labels and decals to include Bar Code, Ser No., Warning, instruction, price, promotion and address etc. Many of the labels we produce are for craft and local councils as well as the engineering, food, retail, advertising and packaging markets.

We can produce labels and decals as individual, multiples on sheets, or on a roll, using a variety of print processes to include digital, hot foil and screen print, which allow us to produce just a few or many thousands.

We can supply face and reverse printed, non adhesive and self adhesive with a variety of finishes including gloss, matt, textured, metallic, resin domed and mark resist. They can be printed on Pvc, polyester, polycarbonate, foil and paper etc and finished with consecutive numbering and profile cut to any desired shape.

Panels, Overlays, Stickers and Nameplates

Our Screen print department has been developed over the last 30+ years and is still the preferred choice for many applications as the ink ranges available will adhere to the widest range of materials and products. We offer Large Format Digital Printing and can also print special finishes including glitters, golds, silvers, fluorescents and UV varnishes.

We screen print on to customer supplied panels, materials and enclosures. Great care is taken to check panels for scratches and inclusions before and after printing. Alternatively we can supply printed nameplates, panels, overlays and stickers etc on a variety of materials, including anodised aluminium, brass, Pvc, polycarbonate, polyester and acrylic.

We can face or reverse print using a matt, satin or gloss ink, rim and pillow emboss key and button areas, apply selective adhesives including DS2, 3Ms 467 and 468 and guillotine, platen or CNC cut to required shape and size.
