Floors Ltd. We are an established flooring contractor
specialising in the commercial and industrial sectors. We have a
long standing reputation for a reliable and professional approach to
contract flooring that we are justifiably proud of.
Based in North East Hampshire on the borders of Surrey and
Berkshire, Key Floors consists of a team of highly experienced and
skilled flooring contractors who are committed to quality and
excellence. Working in this competitive field since 1982, mainly on
flooring refurbishments, we are fortunate to have a very low
turnover of staff and much of our business comes from
recommendations. Our project management is excellent as is our
quality control. We have undertaken projects across a wide range of
industry sectors across the UK that includes Education, Retail, the
Health Sector, Contractors and Commercial Clients. Most of our work
is carried out in Hampshire, Surrey and Berkshire and the southern
half of the UK, although we are happy to work further afield should
the size of project warrant this.

Thanks to improved techniques the quality in hardwood
flooring and engineered wood flooring now enables us to
meet most commercial flooring demands. Recommended as

Static Dissipative and Electrostatic Conductive flooring
are specialist flooring products we offer to the
electronics industry, hospitals and defence

static dissipative and electrostatic conductive flooring

Carpet Tiles
One of our most cost effective flooring products, carpet
tiles offer a versatile solution in any industrial or
commercial area where there is a likelihood of the
flooring needing to be taken up to provide access to the
subfloor. Stuck down with tackifier adhesive commercial
carpet tiles can be easily lifted and replaced where
necessary. Fibre bonded carpet tiles in a wide variety
of colours are frequently used in schools, offices and
industrial situations and are suitable for stairs.
Carpet tiles can be laid in a chequerboard design, a
feature that working with broadloom carpet cannot
provide. |

Sheet Carpet
Various broadloom widths of heavy duty fibre bonded,
loop pile or cut pile carpet are part of our wide
selection. There will be a suitable product whether it
is a luxury carpet in a directors’ board room or for an
area in a school. We also supply a rubber backed
impervious carpet to care homes and other DDA or
specialist homes. Our estimating department will be

Sub-Floor Preparation
A frequently forgotten area which is key to all
successful floor laying. Where possible we will look at
the subfloor and if necessary take a RH reading. We work
with leading manufacturers of sub floor preparation
materials. |

Safety on stairs is important in all areas of life. We
use leading brands of nosings which are heavy duty and

seriously and is an accredited member of CHAS. A responsible
attitude to the environment has long been our priority and we will
always use the least damaging product as long as it meets our high
