UK has been designing and manufacturing high quality flight cases for
over 10 years. We specialise in bespoke flight cases, tailoring the cases to the
customers' own specific requirements. Offering a full range of full-flight and

Our bespoke flight cases
are built from high quality 9mm birch plywood, which is laminated
with a protective covering. This comes in a wide range of different
colours & finishes. On smaller flight cases 6mm birch plywood can be
used to reduce the overall weight of the case. When weight is
critical the flight case can be constructed from a honey-comb
plastic board. This can reduce the weight by up to 40% (dependent on
the overall size of the flight case).
Once the panels have been pinned and or glued together, aluminium
joint strip is fitted between the base and the lid. All the other
edges are capped with aluminium angle which is riveted to the
panels. Steel corners, hinges & catches are then fitted.
The style & size of these is determined by the type of flight case
or the customers own requirements. We offer a full foam lining
service including intricately routed foam, cut to hold specific
items either for display purposes or to offer greater protection for
the equipment. |

For an aesthetically
pleasing and cost effective option the 'N-case' is the ideal
solution.
Formed from aluminium profile sides with black corners and a wide
choice of panel finishes, the cases are not only attractive but also
surprisingly robust. The lid and base sections both come in 5
different depths, allowing the case to be designed to suit your
specific requirements.
