GEC-Co design, supply and install Ground and Air Source Heat Pump systems, Solar water heating and Under floor and Radiator systems for domestic and commercial projects. Customers may choose design only, design and supply packages, or complete design supply and installation packages.

Design specification includes full heat loss calculations, ground array design, equipment specification, equipment costing, and installation supervision and certification. The range of heat pumps available, both ground and air source, are suitable for properties from small flats with no available land using small air source systems to large commercial and multi unit developments requiring several hundred Kw of heating. Our experienced installation teams include refrigeration engineers, and certified pressurized and unvented systems engineers and all are fully trained on our range of equipment. GEC-Co also offers a post installation maintenance service.

Case studies include systems linked to under floor and radiator systems, both retro-fit and new build, and also providing domestic hot water. Projects include flats, houses, schools and school extensions, recreational centres and leisure facilities, factories and offices. We have installed both heating and heating and cooling systems, incorporated in floors, walls and ceilings, using under floor methods and fan coil systems.

Our ground systems include bore hole drilling and hydraulic ram systems, and trenched or fully excavated horizontal ground arrays. The Air Source systems are based on a split system with small outdoor units located at ground level, on a wall or roof mounted, linked to a compact indoor control and distribution system.
