Flexo Springs is a family run business established in 1928 so we know a thing or two about springs. We obtained our ISO 9001 registration in 1999 and have continued to improve both our manufacturing and product range since then.

Our spring making machinery is constantly being updated so we can offer a diverse range of products in order to stay ahead of the market.

Not only do we manufacture the old fashioned way by making springs by hand for that hard to form one off, we also have a range of CNC machines and Wire former.

We manufacture springs from Music Wire and stainless steels in both 302 and 316, we also produce springs in harder to obtain materials such as Alloys, Inconnels, Monels and Elgiloy as well as Phosphor Bronze.

Whatever material you need if we haven’t got it in stock, we can usually get it from one of our stockists.

We pride ourselves on the quality and service we deliver at competitive prices and this shows for our client base, We manufacture bespoke springs for Formula 1 Teams to the spring you find in your pen, if you need a spring for that R & D programme you are about to embark on we are the company to call.

We can despatch same day for all our stock springs, we also offer same day manufacturing for essential repairs for breakdowns.
