The owner has had formal fire fighting training with the emergency services, and has had several years' experience working in health and safety industry within construction – these roles covered Construction Design Management, site assessments, and working practices in large construction projects with a leading telecom network infrastructure provider. The owner has assessed the design, installation and long term disposal of major building developments in London and the south east projects including building developments, renovations and refurbishments. Added to this experience are qualifications with NEBOSH, in fire safety, Health and safety and Environmental Management, as well as a Master's in business administration and a teaching qualification – this experience, knowledge and competence allows EWF Safety Limited to risk assessments and design specific fire safety and health and safety training. Memberships of professional bodies include the Institute of Safety and Health, the Fire Protection Association and the International Institute of Safety and Risk Management. EWF Safety can therefore ensure you comply with legislation, regulation and the codes of practice for your particular industry for risk assessment and training and thus avoid unnecessary prosecution or action from the regulatory authority. Safety training provided, can be arranged either at customer premises or at dedicated venues across the UK – this is in both, health and safety and fire safety as well as specific disciplines for example manual handling. Our training includes the latest teaching methods as well as power-point presentations, case studies, peer to peer working, assessment and certification.
