Facilities management, project
management and soft-skills training are but a few of the areas for which
training is offered by Blue-Eye Training.
Qualifications are available for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM),
British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) and City & Guilds.
Working in the public and private sectors, the Blue-Eye
Training
consultants have been developing training solutions to meet their clients’ needs
for well over 15 years.
Training courses are interactive and allow learners to apply their knowledge to
situations, exercises and scenarios that aid subject understanding. All training
is designed to maximise the learning effectiveness and enjoyment. Learners can
network with others and share experiences and positive achievements.
As a team of trainers, we can boast an enviable reputation for the success of
our examination programmes, with students' pass rates consistently in excess of
90% - considerably higher than the national averages. We appreciate that it’s a
busy world out there and every minute spent training should be time well spent
with a purposeful goal. That is why we have built a suite of programmes designed
to give you the best possible chance of success.

line managers who are developing their management potential, their understanding
of the FM industry and their ability to apply their knowledge in the workplace.
Application of knowledge is the theme to this qualification and learners can
fully develop their management potential and the knowledge required to perform
their job functions to their full potential.
The three different qualifications (Award, Certificate and Diploma) allow a
range of choices for the extent of subjects to be learned. With a range of

learning directions.

The new British Institute of
Facilities Management (BIFM) qualification is particularly appropriate to middle

Most of our open programme
courses are held in the impressive conference facilities of the Donnington
Valley Hotel and Spa in Newbury in Berkshire. Day delegates are welcome as well
as those who would like to choose the residential option.
Our course programmes normally start twice a year and we have two intakes; in
the Spring and Autumn. The course dates are specific to each programme as are
the prices and these are published on our web site. Please note, however, that
we intend to run the programmes as published but these are subject to change
(which we will minimise whenever possible) and any other circumstances such as
approvals and changes made by the qualification awarding bodies.
