F H Brundle stock fence as well as the full range of
welded wire mesh, perforated sheet metal, expanded sheet metal and perforated
sheet metal we hold stocks of wrought
iron components to service our steel and metal fabricating customers. Our own
brand of strut, stock fence, Brunstrut, or channel support system includes the channel in
plain or slotted, to BS 6946, along with the bracketry needed. Our bracketry is
made to BS 729, and include a wide range of fixing plates and brackets.
Pro-Railing is our top quality stainless steel hand rail and balustrade
components range.

It is available in stainless grades 403 or 316 with a choice
of tube diameters, 42.4mm and 48.3mm. Our hand rail brackets can have fixed or
adjustable spigots enables fixing to be made tube on tube, tube to wall and tube
to glass. We also supply a range of other handrail brackets for wall fixing.
Where a handrail might need to be mounted on a low wall we have a railing
saddle. Other hand rail brackets can be fixed in the top of the vertical tube
itself and again can have fixed or adjustable spigots. A wide range of hand rail
bracket accessories is available to give the greatest flexibility for
installers. Hand rail tube fittings include elbows, three way corners, tees and
a four way cross. For the vertical posts we supply base plates and flanges with
the covers to go with them. To finish off the ends of handrails we supply end
caps, wall flanges and scroll ends. When fixing to the sides of a staircase you
might need baluster brackets, here we have a choice of four. To infill your hand
railing we offer a choice of crossbar systems using a hollow or solid bar, wire
strand, glass or mesh. To fix these systems we supply cross bar holders and connectors, glass clamps,
in zinc satin finish, zinc mirror finish, 304 and 316 stainless steel. Where a
glass balustrade system is to be used we supply a range of split tube fittings
and accessories. If a “clear-view” is required so that the vista is not obscured
by uprights we have our aluminium glass balustrading channel. The glass is
dropped into the channel and secured with special wedges and finished off with a
stainless steel cladding. To the top edge, channel tube is fixed over a suitable
rubber channel section. Our mesh sheet infill system involves making to your
specification framed panels to suit. These can be supplied using welded wire
mesh, perforated sheet metal or expanded sheet metal. We can even manufacture wire mesh infills to your own design.

To save even more time when installing we can supply uprights, pre-drilled to
take glass clamps. All the tube you need is available from stock in 3 metre and
6 metre lengths. We also supply a handrail system that uses wood combined with
stainless steel. The range includes untreated, varnished, Beech and Wenge.
Another highly attractive handrail system is our Fusion range.
This combines
polished zinc fittings in a brushed nickel finish. The wooden rails can be
supplied in Oak, White Oak and dark hardwood. If a lower cost option is required
then there is our zinc plated steel hand railing system. It uses similar
fittings to the pro railing system but is galvanized rather than stainless
steel. Additionally, we supply Loctite
638 high strength retainer, Loctite 7649 Adhesive activator and stainless steel
cleaner. For practical low cost hand rails we offer our tube clamp range
Tube
clamps are made from galvanized steel and fixed using an allen key. A DDA
compliant range is available where required as well as our free standing roof
protection system. Tube clamps fittings and Pro railing fittings along with tube
required are all supplied from stock.
