Control systems can be designed using either discreet local sensors for simple installations, or where slightly more complex systems are called for, we use Mains Borne Signalling (MBS) this technique employs long established technology that depends on injecting digital code at carefully protected wavelengths, from any convenient central point onto the building mains network thus eliminating the need for additional cabling. These signals are broadcast to intelligent receivers adjacent to relevant items of equipment, which monitor and control local conditions in each zone/room.
