Flux manufacturers drum, barrel and
container pumps and a full range of accessories including flow meters and batch
control systems. Flux also manufacturers air operated diaphragm pumps and
centrifugal magnetic drive pumps from it’s sister company Sondermann Pumps.
DRUM & CONTAINER PUMPS
Pump tubes for viscosities up to 1200 mPas (cp) are manufactured in
polypropylene, PVDF, aluminium, stainless steel and for severe operating
conditions Hastelloy C. Stainless steel pump tubes are also available in
sanitary and 3A food grade versions.
Drive motors are available in single phase electric, 230/240 or 110 volt, three
phase electric and compressed air driven units.
A range of high viscosity pumps to handle products up to 100,000 mPas (cp) is
also available in vertical or horizontal versions.
Pump tubes in stainless steel and Hastelloy C and electric and air driven motors
are also available to the latest Atex 100 regulations.
To compliment the drum pumps a full range of accessories is available, these
include flow meters, (with optional batch control) discharge hoses, trigger
guns, fume glands etc.
AIR OPERATED DIAPHRAGM PUMPS
Air operated diaphragm pumps are manufactured in polypropylene, PVDF, PTFE,
aluminium, cast iron and stainless steel with sizes ranging from ¼” (6mm) to 3”
(80mm). These units are also available with Atex versions
MAGNETIC DRIVE CENTRIFUGAL PUMPS
Sondermann electrically driven centrifugal magnetic drive pumps in
polypropylene, PVDF,Ryton (PPS) and stainless steel in sizes from ¼” (6mm) to 3”
(80mm).
