MT now Manufacture and Stock Multi Position tool holders, both Driven and Static, to suit a wide range of Multi Axis Lathes. In the case of machines with Y Axis and Sub Spindle it is possible to load a 12 station turret with 54 Driven and Static Tools which enables a machine of this type to totally complete the most complicated of components or alternatively the machine can be tooled to complete a whole family of components with a minimum of future set time.

Driven Tools with through tool coolant are now becoming a pre requisite for today’s advanced cutting tools. MT can now boast that all their new Driven Tools have the ability to be used to a maximum of 70 BAR pressure ensuring the best of cutting conditions.
Some of the multi position heads include: Twin Axial and Radial Driven Heads, Six Spindle Radial Driven Heads, Quadruple Axial and Double Quadruple Axial Driven Heads, Gear Hobbing Heads, Twin and Quadruple Static Turning Tools. Twin, Triple and Quadruple Boring Bar and Through Coolant Drill Holders.
To underline the quality of these Driven and Static Tools, MT offers a full 24 month warranty from date of dispatch that covers all normal wear and tear conditions.

Broaching Tools and Holders
We can supply usually from stock a range of Broaching Holders and Tools for
Fixed Head and Sliding Head Lathes, Drill and Milling Machines.
The Broacher is manufactured with many different shank types, so it can be
fitted to a broad range of machine tools.
Hexagonal and Square broaches are available in Metric and Imperial Sizes. Torx
broaches are also available in standard sizes.
Upon request we can manufacture special size broaches both Internal and
External.
