Dormex was founded in 1957 as a medical house distributing syringes and medical products, and is family owned. Up to this time syringes were glass and metal, however, the company saw the potential for plastic disposable syringes and was a pioneer in this field. The Company expanded into laboratory products and pharmaceutical packaging, which is the main activity of the company today. The company has been accredited with ISO9001 quality standard and holds approvals from the MOD and NHS.The company stocks standard containers and can manufacture to customers specification. We specialise in the printing of glass and plastic containers and pad printing of shaped objects such as electrical components. Dormex have been appointed stockists and distributors for St. Gobain Calmar Division, who manufactures trigger sprays and dispensing devices.
