Alfra electronic system ref 2420 is a 2 in one machine which can bend & punch through copper bus bar up to the size 120mm x 12mm - The range of punch and dies are from (standard) 6.6mm up to 21.5mm - non standard sizes can easily be supplied aswell as square and elongated punch and dies.

This machine also has an electronic angle cut out for very accurate repeat bending and can also be fitted with a digital angle selector if required as an extra item.

The change over from bending to punching takes only a few seconds by turning a switch located on the outer casing of the machine - a cutting tool stands at the side of the machine which can be connected also in a matter of seconds and this tool will cut through copper bus bar up to 12mm thick in 5 seconds leaving a clean edge without burrs

The Alfra workshop cart ref 03980 has a working surface of 1200 x 800mm with a built in system comprising of power unit copper bus bar bending - punching - cutting up to a thickness of 120 x 12mm with 4 drawers for accessories such as punch and dies which can be locked away for safety when not in use. - this work cart can be moved around the workshop on four castor wheels or locked in one position - this machine also has the outlets to connect extra tooling such as steel punching head or cable terminal crimping head - one of the unique features of this machine is that you can 4 people working the cart at the same time - also included is a measure scale stop for bending,punching and cutting.

The latest Alfra machining unit is the ABLS-02 which is micro-processor controlled with digital readout display which is for the bending,punch and cutting of copper/aluminium bus bar up to 130 x 12mm and laminated copper can be processed on this machine too - accessory tools can be fitted for swan neck and horizontal bending.
