Established in 1980 and personally run by myself, Manor Hall has many years experience in producing quality solid oak furniture. The very best selected oak is used, which has been air-dried for several years according to plank thickness, with further drying in a low temperature kiln, helping to keep the wood stable in our modern environment. Every piece of furniture in the Manor Hall range is hand-built to a very high standard by our skilled craftsmen, who take great pride in their workmanship.

Many of the production techniques and methods of construction from former years are still being used today, in the time-honoured fashion. We offer a design choice for doors, handles, hinges and feet, even to handcut dovetails, as well as to the final colour and degree of distressing. Each piece of furniture is polished by hand to obtain the depth of colour and patina required, finished with fine wire wool and pure bees wax polish to give the lasting value to every piece produced. Our well-equipped workshop produces a wide selection of standard designs and our tailor-made service offers unlimited scope to customers with personal requirements.
