We are an established nationwide team of specialist designers and
manufacturers of temperature controlled packaging systems to the
Ambient, Chilled and Frozen food industries. We provide a range of
laboratory validated temperature controlled packaging products,
providing a route-to-market by maintaining the cold-chain for food
manufacturers, distributers, logistics companies and mail order
businesses; including delicatesants, butchers, fish and
cheesemongers wishing to expand their customer base.
Our aim at Chilled Packaging is to provide an inexpensive, proven
and validated route to market for food related products, with the
majority of our packing systems being fully recyclable and
environmentally friendly.

Temperature Controlled Systems |
|
Chilled Packaging’s recyclable Standard and Gourmet Food packaging
systems utilise a uniquely proven formulation of silver insulating
foam liners, corrugated box and gel or water ice packs.
Alternatively, to maintain the cold chain for frozen foods, our
systems can be used replacing the Gel or water Ice packs with one of
our Dry Ice solutions.
Both of these insulating systems are 100% recyclable and can be
disposed of by the usual recycled kerb side collections. |

Dry Ice |
|
Chilled Packaging is one of the UK’s largest distributors of Dry Ice
to the food industry. Our Ice bags, pellets or blocks are
manufactured to food grade standards with a very high cold content
per unit weight (far more than any alternative coolant).
Our Dry Ice bags are delivered to you in state of the art insulated
containers, designed to keep sublimation rates to an absolute
minimum. When you take delivery of your second order, we simply
collect your empty bin and replace it with a full one. |

Insulated Protective Envelopes |
|
Chilled Packaging’s Protective envelopes are designed to protect
your smaller food products against impact and sharp temperature
changes during transit. They are designed primarily as an insulated
postal system to fit through a standard letter box. Our envelopes
are extremely popular with mail order companies, offering an
inexpensive postal solution for temperature sensitive products.
Our Insulated protective envelopes are 100% recyclable. |

Polystyrene Boxes |
|
Chilled Packaging offer an extensive range of poly box shippers to
the chilled and frozen food industry offering nationwide coverage.
Our Poly Boxes are designed to maintain the frozen food cold chain
for at least 24hrs when used in conjunction with our Dry Ice. |

Insulated Cool Bags |
|
We provide a large variety of recyclable and reusable ‘carry home’
insulated cool bags. Our cool bags are designed to keep your
products chilled whilst at a trade fair, exhibition or shopping. We
offer both Plain White and Silver insulated cool bags, both of which
are fully customisable and can include your own brand or logo
printed onto the bags.
Our insulated bags are superior to the standard supermarket freezer
bag, as our bags contain an enclosed insulating foam liner and
clip-lock closure system to keep your products chilled. |
