The British Compressed Air Society (BCAS) is the
UK’s leading compressed air and vacuum trade association with over 80 years
experience and is unrivalled for the quality and depth of its expertise and
service. With a full time staff and strong links with European and American
technical bodies, BCAS holds the Secretariat for many National and International
Committees.
It plays a key role in setting standards and codes of practice within the
industry and lobbies government on behalf of UK industry and business. It works
with a range of organisations and leads Europe with a range of training options
including e-learning.
Benefits of membership for manufacturers, suppliers and users include keeping
them up to date with the changes in legislation.
Using BCAS members gives you peace of mind as members undergo a vetting process
before joining and are subsequently monitored regularly to ensure continuity.
The BCAS Member logo is the sign of reputable and trustworthy organisations.
Members sign up to a Code of Practice giving the minimum standard that is
expected and details of how they should conduct their business in a fair and
reasonable way.
