Founded in early 2001, XL Precision has rapidly grown by giving that personal
touch and a quick response to our customers needs (both large & small), and
by re-investing in the latest specification hi-tech machinery to keep ahead of
the field.
We now boast a 6,000 sqr ft workshop and a capacity to rival the best.
We have various CNC lathes ranging from standard 2 axis through 5 axis twin
spindle to multi axis sliding head with a capacity range for turned parts from
as little as 1mm diameter to 600mm diameter dependant on length.
Our latest vertical machining centre has a table size of 1250 x 650 and a 4th
axis capable of swinging up to 500mm diameter. Other services include in house
slotting, broaching and honing as well as grinding, heat treatment and plating
via our partners.
