BFS are always looking to bring new technology to the food processor. This includes a new European designed cooker/cooler from Lyco for pasta, rice and vegetables. We also represent the long established UK cooker/oven manufacturer Double-D who as well as producing Rack cooker/ovens, manufacture a range of very high spec continuous/travelling cooker/ovens. Scanima and their impingement freezing again is a new technology that permits chilling/freezing of food in the same time as cryogenically but at a fraction of the running costs. On the hygiene aspects, we offer a system to change ordinary tap water, on site, into a very powerful disinfectant and detergent. The Electrolyzed Water System is proven to kill all bacteria including listeria, E.coli, salmonella etc and all viruses.
