conditions. Our success has been built on a solid foundation of
manufacturing and engineering design expertise, a highly skilled
workforce and the ability to create bespoke designs for our
customers. Whilst offering a wide range of standard angular contact
and deep groove ball bearings, Barden is also able to offer a free
design service for specialist or challenging applications.
The product range covers thousands of bearing variations,
predominantly radial, angular contact and deep groove ball and
roller bearings ranging in size from 5mm to 180mm outer diameter.
Products can meet and will usually exceed ISO P2 (ABEC9) standards.
Quality is of key importance and the plant is ISO 9001 and AS 9100
certified. Barden also operates an aerospace bearing repair facility
in-house and is EASA Part 145 accredited.
Barden is a member of the multinational Schaeffler Group,

Aerospace bearings can be manufactured to ABEC 7/9 (ISO P4/P2) and
fully certified, so quality and product precision is ensured
throughout the product range. We have supplied bearings for
applications in pneumatic and electric starters and generators,
gearboxes, main engines and a variety of auxiliary aircraft
positions. Barden aerospace bearings are capable of high speed,
reliable operation and running quietly with minimum power losses.
Medical & Dental
Barden has a thorough knowledge of the medical and dental
industries, supplying bearings for use in applications ranging from
X-ray tubes and high speed dental handpiece turbines, to CT scanners
and robotic arms used in cosmetic surgery.
