From Design to Delivery
Design
 Our
CAD design office will generate a drawing for your approval, Insurance Company
Inspection, or manufacture. Drawings can be sent in DXF format via e-mail as
required - we can handle all 3rd part approval and certification
Codes
Every
Pressure
Vessel can be designed, built and inspected to a variety of codes, including:
PD5500, BS5169, EN286 (Part 1), Lloyds Class 2/2 & 3, Bureau Veritas, DNV and
most other well known specifications. Vessels will be name plated and CE marked
as required.
 Manufacture
Using the latest manufacturing techniques, materials and skills, with
inter-process QA, high quality levels are maintained. Reliable deliveries are
secured by using a bespoke production control system. The leading Pressure
Vessel manufacturer.
Inspection
Inspection Authorities and Insurance Company Surveyors are given all facilities
and welded fabrication during any stage of manufacture, or hydraulic testing.
Arrangements can be made for specimen weld testing, and for materials to be
independently inspected.
 Testing
Materials, Processes, and Final Products are tested in a variety of ways,
including: X-Ray, Tensile Tests, Vickers Hardness Tests, Dye Penetration,
Hydrostatic, Radiographic etc.
Finish
With in house Blast Cleaning and Paint Spray facilities, Internal and External
finishes to specific BS/EN/ISO standards are common practice. Galvanising, Epoxy
Resin, and other finishes can be provided at your request.
Documentation
Full Certification can be supplied: - Certificates of Conformity, Hydraulic
tests, weld procedures, weld tests, material certificates, pressure gauges,
relief valves etc. upon your request. Drawings and other media can be sent by
e-mail via our broadband connection. |
