PRODUCTS:
ADMIX4TRUCKS - is an on-board dispensing system for liquid
admixtures. Designed primarily to increase the workability of ready
mixed concrete on site.
ADMIX WEIGHERS - PWS have been producing quality admixture
weighing systems for several years. Constructed entirely of
stainless steel, our systems are widely considered to be the ‘Rolls
Royce’ of admixture dispensers.
CONTROL SYSTEMS - Phoenix Weighing Services specialise in the
design, manufacture and installation of bespoke weighing and control
panels to suit customers individual requirements.
FIBERWEIGH - Phoenix Weighing Services are firmly established
as the UK supplier of Concrete Fibre dosing equipment. Our
FIBERweigh systems provide a traceable and safer method of adding
poly fibres to ready mixed concrete and floor screeds.
FLOWMETER SYSTEMS - To compliment our range of admixture
weighers, PWS also supply a wide variety of flow metering systems
for dosing all types of liquid additives. Our portable dispensers
are proving very popular.
TRUCKWASH SYSTEMS - With sharply rising water costs and
recycling of concrete waste, Phoenix Weighing Services produce a
range of bespoke products to improve waste efficiency on concrete
plants.
WATERWATCH - WaterWatch is an on-board monitoring device for
concrete mixer trucks. Site added water is recorded and stored in
memory or sent using a GSM link to our website for customers’
viewing or download.
LOADCELLS - PWS carry a large stock of loadcells, ranging
from 20kg to 200 tonne capacities. Shear beams, S beams, canister
cells, double-ended and folded shear beams, to list but a few. We
are able to match your existing loadcells and can source almost any
type of loadcell or strain gauge. Load-pins can be re-gauged or
manufactured to suit wide range of applications. Load links and
telemetry systems, thermal and pressure transducers.
FLOWMETERS - We supply a comprehensive range of low cost,
high specification flow meters, suitable for a varied and diverse
range of fluid media applications. We carry in stock a wide range of
digital counters and data logging instruments to supplement our
meters.
PLATFORM SCALES - PWS supplies a range of light, to heavy
duty, platform scales, supplied with or without an indicator. We
also supply a selection of portable weigh beams for pallet weighing,
crane scales, axle weighing pads and on-board weighing systems for
loading shovels and forktrucks.
PUMPS - A range of dispensing pumps are stocked at all times
by PWS. We have large stocks of Mono light duty progressive cavity
pumps, a range of self priming pumps such as Calpeda, Stuart,
Lowara. |
