Accountants, based in Fareham, Hampshire, was founded by
Michael Fagelman, who moved to Fareham in 1977, having been in
partnership for many years decided to branch out on his own, in
2001.
MFA specialise in accounting and
taxation services aimed at sole traders, partnerships, limited
companies and LLPs. Our service is backed up by a close involvement
of both partner and staff who pride themselves on providing an
excellent, proactive and efficient service with a good working
knowledge of your business.
MFA offers book keeping and
payroll services in addition to accounts preparation, tax return
compliance and tax planning. We can assist you in the preparation of
your VAT returns and provide you with meaningful management accounts
on a quarterly basis.
MFA have experience of most
business activities and can help with business start ups, including
company formations, as well as helping established businesses
generate more profits.
Because of our work in insolvent businesses, we have been able to
assist ailing businesses recover and become successful after looking
at the business’s overheads and product mix. Too often, too much
time is spent on unprofitable turnover.
We have a good working relationship with HM Revenue & Customs which
has enhanced our reputation with them, meaning that most accounts
are accepted without enquiry. We do, however, offer a tax compliance
service for a relatively low fee, which gives cover for up to
£50,000 in case of an HM Revenue & Customs investigation into your
accounts and tax returns.
As a result of the recession, we understand that businesses are
finding it difficult at the present time..
MFA are prepared to agree a fixed quotation for the
year’s work which can be paid by monthly standing order. The
quotation will also include reasonable telephone access without you
having to worry about the cost of ringing your accountant for
advice. |
