CP Cases designs and manufactures flight cases,
19 inch electronic racks and bespoke bags for OEM applications. Cases and racks
are manufactured in aluminium, plastics and laminated plywood. Bags are
manufactured in tough weatherproof nylon or Cordura. All are available with
custom foam interiors.
Whatever level of protection is needed for transit and deployment of your 19
inch electronics equipment, CP Cases can supply it. 19” Racks available IP rated
from IP54 to IP65, in fixed rack rail or anti-vibration mount options to
withstand maximum shock and vibration.

Aluminium Cases
Aluminium cases are available in standard sizes to fit all the latest broadcast
cameras & accessories
including
the Sony HDW F900. Aluminium cases can also be made to measure. CP AluCurve
cases are designed without a corner weld and pre-pressed edges to offer greater
protection from drop and damage.
All cases come fitted with custom cut foam protection to keep your valuable
equipment safe.

Flight Cases
Producing complex flight cases to meet unique customer problems is a CP
speciality. Our flight cases are produced from the highest quality Finnish
plywood and can be designed to meet any application. CP’s ProCases come with
aluminium edges and steel knuckle corners for increased protection.
CP can produce unique cases with specialised dividers or partition systems that
are ideal for medical or broadcast applications. CP also produce flight cases
using a honeycomb polypropylene (HPP), which offers strong construction but most
important is an extremely lightweight alternatives to Plywood.

19 Inch Racks
CP manufacture the widest range of 19” rack cases in aluminium’s, plastics and
reinforced textiles with our lightest rack weighing only 9kg for a 5U rack. (SatRack). Our latest 19” racks come with optional air conditioning, insulation or heating
units. CP uses state of the art thermoelectric air conditioning units from
200-2500BTU. Thermoelectric coolers are extremely low maintenance, have no
moving parts or refrigerants as well as a host of other unique benefits.
For cooling requirements over 2500BTU we recommend using compressor air
conditioning systems.
For security and defence applications, CP can produce cases and racks, that are
EMC or TEMPEST shielded to US and UK specifications.

Bespoke Bags
CP Cases produce protective bags for OEM applications in an extensive range of
materials. CP prototype and manufacture our bespoke bags for any application
from our London factory in quantities of 1 to 1000s. For larger orders of
bespoke bags, CP Cases design and prototype in the UK and then manufactures in
the Far East.

Rotational Moulding Cases (Rotomoulded Cases)
CP Cases manufacture a wide range of cases and 19 inch racks in standard sizes
(Amazon) in an extremely tough polyethylene using a process called Rotomoulding.
Rotomoulded polyethylene is an ideal material for protective packaging producing
the ultimate in impact, airtight, watertight and UV stable cases. Cases can also
withstand extremes of temperature.
Bespoke rotomoulded cases can be produced for as little quantities as 250 units
or we have a large selection of standard sizes ready for quick ship.
