and organisations with a simple, short-term, renewable license agreement for
competitively priced, luxury, serviced offices in our Hendon business centre. We
help you cut your overhead office commitments while at the same time adding
polish to your environment and professional image.
We offer a uniquely professional, yet warm and friendly business centre
environment. We understand the simple business requirements of flexibility and
freedom. Our affordable and flexible accommodation allows our customers to
concentrate on their core business needs without the distraction and cost of
tedious office premises maintenance and administration. All of our licenses are
for a minimum of three months, but after that period become 30-day rolling
agreements. Only one month’s notice is required to terminate. Truly flexible!
Our main services are:
Office Suites:
One
room or several rooms with or without interconnecting doors, including necessary
furniture, high-speed broadband internet connection, and advanced digital phone
system and lines, keeping you in touch with your staff and the commercial world.
The monthly charge is for the office rent. All the rest is free: business rates,
utilities, personal receptionist answering service, 24-hour access to your
office, post delivery, daily cleaning, building security, maintenance and
insurance, several equipped kitchen facilities, with tea, coffee, and fresh
milk.
Boardroom / Meeting Rooms:

In addition to offices, we offer our richly-appointed, plush boardroom (see
picture) for hire by the hour both to our “in-house” clients, and also to anyone
“off the street”. We also have a daily chargeable rate for the standard office
suites should the boardroom be occupied.
Virtual Offices and Services:
For
the client not quite ready to commit to the overheads of an office, we offer
several grades of “virtual service” where we can answer calls in your company’s
name before diverting the caller to your home, mobile, or voicemail, and
receive, sort, and forward your mail and faxes. Effectively, this creates a
professional office presence for your business without the cost of a physical
office. Our administrative staff is also available during business hours to
grant secretarial assistance to those who require typing, photocopying, and
general clerical support.
